How Collections Start

A few months ago I made owls out of toilet paper rolls with the preschool kids at the YMCA Child Watch. And yesterday I went to a Reuse Rally for the Arts. Among the many things made from recycled materials were owls made out of toilet paper rolls and of course I had to buy one. My new owl crafted by Judy Kahooti is far more evolved than mine. In fact, if she didn’t tell you, you would never know she started with a toilet paper roll! Do you think I’ll find more owls? Or maybe it will be a things made of toilet paper rolls collection! P.S. A few years ago I read an article about someone who collected toilet paper. It can be quite different, in France I think they use wax paper!
